Soki Rhee-Duverne
Soki Rhee-Duverne is a researcher and coordinator for the climate change threats and risks programme at Historic England, with over a decade of experience in cultural heritage science and climate resilience. Her work focuses on whole life carbon, climate change mitigation and adaptation for historic buildings, with expertise in energy efficiency, thermal performance, and hygrothermal analysis. She brings advanced skills in moisture risk assessment, building diagnostics, and performance evaluation. She is also an active contributor to national standard-setting committees and has regularly delivered research & training. She has published on thermal performance of traditional buildings, hygrothermal modelling, moisture diagnostic techniques for historic buildings, applications of infrared thermography, use of XRF on WWII collections and environmental management of historic house libraries.
