Gillespies Senior Associate Landscape Architect Neil Matthew is project manager for Elephant Park, the regeneration of the Heygate Estate in Elephant and Castle into a new mixed-use sustainable community. Neil led the creation of the award-winning playscape Elephant Springs within the new two-acre public park at the heart of Elephant Park.
